Our work typically involves supporting a Programme Sponsor or client leadership team to tackle a specific business challenge. Whether it is wanting to ensure the successful delivery of a strategic initiative, or to develop in house project capability, we have the skills and experience to shape the forward path and to deliver a successful outcome.

In addition to Project and Programme Delivery, Ascendo also provides other consulting services in the areas of Project Management Capability and Project and Programme Assurance.

Introducing Pat Randles

As Principal Consultant and founder of Ascendo, I have had the privilege of leading and supporting a number of strategic programmes for a diverse range of clients.  I inspire confidence in executives through clear communications and my ability to break down complex business problems.

My grounding as an Engineer informs a sound and logical approach to problem solving. I bring a deep commitment to client success and develop close working relationships based on trust and confidence. This confidence comes from my ability to:

• understand and clearly articulate the ‘big picture’ for the client and to develop strategies to solve the problem that they are facing;

• navigate the unique complexities of the undertaking and to cope with ambiguity, changing landscapes and priorities; and

• build fit for purpose plans and successfully execute on these plans, building strong team momentum and collaboration.

I’m committed to delivering value in the most efficient and effective manner possible. I bring a healthy dose of humour, broad perspective and many life experiences to my work.
